How long does it take to make my order?

Every piece in our shop is handcrafted and made to order, built specifically for you after your order is placed. Please allow 5–7 business days of production time before your order ships. Need it by a specific date? Reach out before ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Do you offer cancellations?

Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After that window, production has typically begun and we are unable to cancel or modify the order.

Where do you ship?

We ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Some larger items are available for local delivery or in-store pickup only — if your item qualifies, those options will appear at checkout.

Will my piece look exactly like the photo?

Because everything is handcrafted from natural wood, there will be slight variations in grain, color, and texture from piece to piece — that's what makes each one unique. We follow the same build process for every order, so your piece will closely match the listing photos in design and finish.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at red@craftopiawithred.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll work with you on a replacement or store credit. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Damaged or defective items are the exception — see the question above. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
