Terms of service

Overview

Welcome to Craftopia with Red. By visiting our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them before purchasing. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

Products and orders

Our handmade products may have small variations in color, grain, finish, and appearance. Product photos and screen colors may not exactly match the item you receive. We may correct errors in product descriptions or prices and may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for that order.

Made-to-order timing

Many items are made to order. The typical production window is 5-7 business days before an order is ready to ship or be picked up. Shipping transit time is additional. Any dates shown are estimates, not guarantees. We will contact you if a material delay affects your order.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment must be completed through the payment options offered at checkout.

Shipping and pickup

We ship within the United States only. Shipping options, charges, and any available pickup choices are shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for details. Do not travel to collect an order until you have received a ready-for-pickup notice.

Returns and refunds

Made-to-order items are not returnable. Please review our Return and Refund Policy for the full terms, including how to contact us if there is a problem with your order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Use of this website

You agree not to use this site for unlawful purposes, submit false information, or interfere with its operation. The text, photos, and designs on this site belong to their respective owners and may not be reused without permission.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a revised version here. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order, subject to applicable law.
